I am seeking. I am striving. I am in it with all my heart.
VINCENT VAN GOGH
I hold a double Bachelor’s from Tennessee Technological University in applied mathematics and chemical engineering with a biomolecular concentration. Though my academic background is relatively technical, my personal interests lie within a variety of fields. Over time, I have gained professional experience in various disciplines - including STEM research, educational instruction and design, program planning, advocacy and community outreach, and leadership and facilitation.

Currently, I am employed at Urban Science as an Analyst in their Nashville office. My role predominantly focuses on business data analytics for Nissan and Infiniti, utilizing FinancialView©, SQL Server Management Studio, and Microsoft Excel/VBA. I also hold a part-time position as a dance instructor and choreographer at Upasana Performing Arts Center, training Indian American students through activities that integrate knowledge of movement, music, and history.

Previously, I worked as a Research Technician for the Center for the Management, Utilization, and Protection of Water Resources. My work focused on data management and experimental procedures for a wetland restoration project in conjunction with the USDA and The Nature Conservancy.

Long term, I aspire to work on projects and initiatives with interdisciplinary components and high-impact practices to promote innovation, creativity, and social change.
